About Boost
Jonathon Baggeley, the founder and principal consultant at Boost Solutions Ltd, has worked in various analytical, software development, and software testing roles within the IT, technology, finance, consulting services, travel and petroleum sectors, since 1998. This includes six years in the UK running a small IT contracting and consulting company. He has worked with Compaq, Prudential, Deutsche Bank, American Express, Microsoft, EDS, Schlumberger-Sema, Atos Origin, NZ Telecom, McKeown Petroleum.
Jonathan is passionate about Operations Research and Product & Systems Quality. He enjoys applying technical business analysis and Operations Research techniques to solve business problems. He has co-authored two Operations Research papers related to logistics, packing and product design. Jonathan also writes about various topics in the fields of applied business systems analysis, software testing, product quality, and other topics directly and indirectly related to Boost, in Jonathon’s Boost Blog.
He has a Science Degree (majoring in Physics, Mathematics and Economics), and a Post-Graduate Degree in Commerce, specialising in Management Science (Operations Research), both from The University of Canterbury.
